You and your neighbors have selected Red Oak as your community sanitation service provider.  Once you have filled out this form, select the "Sign Me Up" button.  You will then follow the prompts to submit and verify your information to establish your personal account in Red Oak's Website Members Area; where you will access LIVE CHAT, as well as, have access to all our helpful information.  These next steps will be emailed to you at the email you use here on this form.  

Your email address will be your username when you log into your Members Area.

Once received, you will be guided to your new Members Area where you will establish your passcode to manage your account and services.  Here you will find helpful tips and information that will assist you with any questions you may have.

Further, you will be able to communicate with Red Oak directly from your members area and order additional services.

*Weekly Trash Service
This service is $17/month and includes one 95 gallon cart for trash service. Only bagged trash that fits inside the container is accepted. For additional trash an extra cart is required. 

 If you want recycling, you must sign up separately for this service.  All carts must be curbside the night before your scheduled service day.

Yard Waste
Check this box if you need Yard Waste Service to be included in your monthly Service.  This service will be added to your Weekly Trash Service at no cost with your HOA Hauler Program.  
All yard waste must meet the required parameters to be taken.  Please see your community letter for details, or the Yard Waste section in your Members Area.  This service includes 5 bags or bundles of yard waste per week.  All carts must be curbside the night before your scheduled service day.

Yard Waste Extra Cart
This service is $6/month.  You receive a 95 gallon cart for yard waste.  This service also includes 5 bags of yard waste per week outside your yard waste cart.  All carts must be curbside the night before your scheduled service day. This extra cart service has a 12 month minimum subscription.

Recycling Service
This service is $6/month and includes one 95 gallon cart for recycling service. Only bagged recycling that fits in the container with the lid closed is accepted. For additional recycling an extra cart is required. If you want recycling, you must sign up separately for this service here.  All recycling guidelines apply.  Please see recycling accepted material in your Members Area.  All carts must be curbside the night before your scheduled service day.

This service is $6/month.  You receive an extra 95 gallon cart for recycling.  All recycling guidelines apply.  All carts must be curbside the night before your scheduled service day.

One extra trash cart is $6/month.  You will receive one extra 95 gallon cart for trash.  All trash must be bagged inside of cart and the lid closed.  All carts must be curbside the night before your scheduled service day.

Finalize Your Service

Your first payment will be for your first three months of service, then you will be drafted monthly on the first business day of the month. 

If you start service during any other week of the month other than the first service week for that month, your first month will be prorated and added to the first three full months of service.

If you do not already have your trash cart, or carts, carts will be delivered on or before your first day of service.

Extra carts for extra service will be delivered on your service day.

All carts must be out the night before your day of service and placed within three feet of the curb to be serviced unobstructed.

Payment Processing
Initial Payment
After payment of your first three months of service is collected here, via Debit or Credit Card, you will be drafted monthly on the first business day of the month with this card, unless you select ACH in the next column..  Please select either ACH, Debit or Credit Card for your monthly payment selection.  If you selected the ACH box after filling in your Credit/Debit Card information, you will be contacted by Red Oak's Accounts Department and they will assist you with establishing ACH.  Your card information will then be removed from your account. Otherwise, your Credit/Debit Card information entered will be saved to your account for your monthly payment.
